24 hours notice must be given for appointment cancellations. EZPC reserves the right to charge a fee for cancelled appointments outside of the 24 hours notice period. This fee is currently £65.00 and is chargeable without notice. A bill will automatically be sent for cancelled & missed appointments.

On-Site Support where an engineer is called to attend in your home or business is subject to a minimum fee whether the problem is rectified or not. This covers the engineers time, travel and other costs.

A limited 7 day Guarantee apply to parts provided for laptop screens. These include tubes, screens, invertors and buttons/switches.

Interest will be charged on overdue invoices if not paid within 30 days from the date shown on your invoice.

A 4% charge is applied to all credit and debit card payments. Cheques only accepted with a valid cheque guarantee card for the full invoice amount.
